I had a blast trying out all the outdoor activities like canoeing, scuba diving, fishing, and even quad biking. The nearest restaurants were just a quick 2-minute walk from the hotel, perfect for my lazy self. The shopping in the area was also pretty decent, so I splurged a bit. On top of that, I got a free continental breakfast and even a roundtrip airport shuttle! Plus, I got to explore the beautiful Ile aux Aigrettes, a treat for nature lovers like me. And let's not forget the convenience of having supermarkets nearby. All in all, a great place to stay and explore.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of carrying around heavy luggage with no storage space at the hotel. Pure bliss.

I spent a delightful two nights at Auberge Le Saladier during my solo trip to Mauritius. Younoos and Jill's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The spacious and clean rooms with their own balconies added a touch of relaxation, especially while listening to the birds in the inner garden. The location was perfect, with local restaurants and the central bus station just minutes away. I truly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return for my next trip to Mauritius.
Can just recommend this hotel.
